From our Sanctuary Choir to youth choir or any musical talent, we have a place for you! Worship through music is a joy experienced every Sunday at NAPC. Does your heart desire to “make a joyful noise to the Lord?’ If so, young and old, we offer multiple opportunities for you to share the musical gifts with which God has blessed you.
Our Sanctuary Choir sings at the 9:00am Traditional service each week. We present varied and challenging choir anthems. Sanctuary Choir meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00pm – 8:20pm. Bell choir meets immediately after the Sanctuary Choir rehearsal and ends at 9:15pm. Both the Sanctuary Choir and Bell Choir are open to teens and adults. No audition or previous music training is necessary to join.
Our Acoustic worship at 11:30am provides a more contemporary approach to worshipping God. There are always opportunities for new vocal and instrumental musicians to participate at the Acoustic hour. Youth (grades 9-12) and adult musicians are asked to contact Pastor Mark for audition information.
Our children’s choir, age 4 years through 5th grade, will sing multiple times throughout the year. Rehearsals are held during the EQUIP / Kids hour from 10:50am-11:10am on Sundays in Room 110. During rehearsal, children are introduced to music, anthems, and musical exercises that will prepare them for the worship service. If your child is interested in joining the Children’s Choir, contact Betsy Gehm.
Our youth choir, ages 6th grade-High School, will sing multiple times throughout the year. Rehearsals for the 2018-2019 school year are TBD. Check back soon to find out more information. If your student is looking to be a part of those wonderful Youth Ministry in Music, contact Leann Lindsay to learn more.
