Meet our Elders

NAPC is an Elder-led church. This means that a group of men and women are called by God and elected by the congregation to the office of Elder and are responsible for the direction and oversight of our church. Elders serve 3-year terms. Together with the Pastor, our Elders exercise spiritual leadership, governance and discipline and have responsibilities for a particular church ministry, as well as the church at large.
